There are a lot of options which can be a tad frustrating but overall I am pleased with the experience. A woman in front of me complained that she didn't get a receipt but the offer is there, you just have to pay attention to the options. A helpful feature would be for the kiosk software to ask if you want to purchase another style key after the the first key is made. If you want a another key for a different lock you have to exit the program and start over again.
