- SSSherriDec 27, 20214.0Fast and Easy. However more expensive both at Home Depot and Lowes than having a box store employee copy the key. If cost savings is your concern... try to find a box store employee do the key cutting.

I have no idea what happened but the machine seem like it shut down and would not let me take my key out. The supervisor at Lowe's had to get a pair of pliers to get my key out. Received an email from Minute Key asking me how did we do?... So I called. The customer service rep was extremely rude and told me that I could be responsible for the machine as well as the store and then my call was disconnected! Never again will I give this company my hard earned money!
