I was happy with the results as 1) I did not have to pull an employee away from helping customers to make some keys for me, 2) the instructions and prompts are clear and simple, 3) you get a free key after ordering two keys, (which helps as a backup key is always useful) 4) the choice of key designs and colors are nice, and 5) the price was right. I recommend using the Minute Key machine for anyone.
