I found this out after purchasing keys based on your claim to be accurate and lost money as I needed additional keys color coded for easy identification.. Your system is not accurate as indicated and company needs to provide easier methods to get refunds other than calling a customer service number. . The store needs to be able to refund customers. I'm glad I didn't purchase additional keys from your continuous email request. Customers should not loose money based on false accuracy claims then the customer has to jump through hoops for refunds. Your system is supposed to be convenient. You know how to reach me for a refund just like you bombarded me with emails
