- SPSamuel PughsleyJun 10, 20224.0The processing experience was straightforward, but unfortunately, my duplicated key didn't work. I have a Schlage key. The notches cut OK, but the back part of the key's grooves didn't match up. I had to go to a key maker and manually have my keys duplicated. Minute Key might want to review having an option to ask - do you have a Schlage key (SC1); then allow that key to be used for the duplication. P.S., I did get my refund, after contacting the company.
