    My key works fine, but.... when I was on the machine, it showed my house keys of all colors and patterns (HelloKitty... SpiderMan.. flowers... etc). I really just wanted a REGULAR, plain silver house key with no design. I don't know if the machine was out of them (it didn't say so).... or if I just didn't know how to choose "regular". I bought a key with a flower on it. It'll do. I would have rather had an employee cut the key (like most hardware stores) so I could ask for the right type.
