- ALAmy LeeDec 19, 20222.0I will NEVER use Minute Key Kiosk again. First time using the kiosk, got 3 keys and they all got stuck in the machine. When I called the 800-number the person told me to have the store associate unplug the machine, wait 4 minutes then plug it back in then was trying to end the phone call. When I asked "What if that doesn't work?" I was told just to call back. I asked if there was a way to contact a service person that had the key to the machine since we could see the stuck keys and opening up the machine would have been a super quick fix and was told "No" by the person on the phone. We disconnected the call, waited the time and tried to get everything working again. The keys were still stuck... Thankfully the associate at Lowes was WONDERFUL (thanks LOWES) and made me keys on their machine. The only saving grace of Minute Key is they did process a refund. I will NEVER use Minute Key Kiosk again.
