  Called to make appt , was told tech will call me to make appt, they never dis so U called back and after various calls ( kept getting a message telling me to wait for a reply) and after a while it hangs up), finally I called again and told them to cancel my work order - was told they can cancel and needed to talk to a Tech (duh) that was Monday . Today got a call (twice) at 6:30am - nobody talked - do I called the number at 9am - they said I have a work order ( that I cancelled) and that why they called - told them I cancelled , wS told they transfer me so I can cancel and again was transferred and nobody answers . I understand this is a referral service but whoever is the company you guys are referring to in Zephyrhills , Florida - SuCKS,!!! They are rude , and do not listen to the customer .

  We changed some of our locks and finally got around to making some duplicates. They worked just fine. It's good. I did go a second time to make duplicate keys of our garage door lock after we changed that with an old lock that was exactly the same that I found on ebay that was new old stock. Well, Minute Key told me it could not duplicate that one. It was a key that was smaller than a normal key and from a lock that was approximately 35 years old, so I really can't blame them for that. I will try at other places and see whether anybody can duplicate it. It is an odd key.

  Bought 3 house keys, none of them worked smoothly. Kept having to giggle it around and pushing key in very hard to work. Ended up going to a real locksmith for new keys, and all of those worked perfectly. Learned my $8 lesson not to trust it again, threw the 3 Minute Keys away.
