- EEEnriqueOct 19, 20251.0Do not get a duplicate key at Minute Key Self Serve inside Lowe’s on O’Connor and I35. I got 2 but only one worked. When I returned I called the number on the machine. Nobody answered. No way to get your money back. I asked a Lowe’s employee for help. He said he couldn’t do anything because there was no record of the transaction. He kept repeating that ad nauseum. Like I was going to change my mind just because he kept repeating it. Finally the next employee helped me get the second key duplicated on a different machine. So don’t use the self service unless you like to gamble (only 50% chance that it will work) and you like to waste your time.
- JGJoe GuerreroSep 24, 20211.0The keys I made do not work correctly- they get jammed in the key whole or seems like they don’t go all the way into the keyhole. Depending on the try, they will unlock the door about half the time.
