After spending all morning calling this place a locksmith finally called me and said he would be arriving to my house at 3pm. He spend 2 hours on my car just to tell me I had to buy two keys, not just one. One to start my car and the other one to open the door. I told him that was insane because my old key use to work just fine for both things. I said I no longer needed his services . 2 days later someone was kind enough to return my car keys. I was able to open the door but unable to start my car. Shortly after I noticed, I called this place again to let them know what was happening. I spoke to a manager who was very rude and said there was no records of me calling. I explained to him that I was on the phone ALL Sunday morning trying to get a locksmith from this place. There was no other place I called. I even offered to give them the locksmith phone number but he continue to say there’s no records. I am SHOCKED at the fact that they sent someone to MY HOME, to work on MY CAR and have no record of it. I told the manager that I’d be be willing to give the time records of all the calls I have on Sunday and he hung up. I highly DON’T recommend this place!
