- RMRobert MunizMar 27, 20241.0I had three keys made. They were all stuck in the lock as I attempted to use them. One key broke off in a lock and it required the lock being disassembled to get the piece out. All three keys had to be trashed and I went to a real key cutter to get properly cut keys and a new lock. I won't be using this ever again. The keys offered are of poor quality and cut poorly. Brass keys that break like they are alumimum, go to a real hardware store and have real keys cut. These are not worth the time or money they charge.

- RMRichard MurphyAug 7, 20215.0Kiosks are located in Lowe’s stores in my area. Petty good variety of keys from which to choose. Keys have always worked. I’ve never had a copy not work properly. The machine is reasonably fast. I’ve had keys copied directly from the original and the digital file. Both have worked flawlessly with no trouble making the keys or their performance.
