They damaged my dress and husbands suit and then said they never did the dry cleaning for it, when the tags were still on the items and it was picked up the day prior. These people are genuinely incompetent and lack accountability. They play the blame game and blame the customer who trusted them to take care of their clothing. I would stay far away from mint cleaners. Extremely unprofessional and unintelligent. It is very clear there is a lack of training as well as a very poor culture.

They damaged my suit at hemming as well as all throughout the suit and they blamed me for normal wear and tear. The suit is 3 months old with less than 3 wears. Rodney the owner called me blaming me attempting to talk over me when I had a simple question. Extremely poor customer service and low intelligence from the top of the company all the way down. You can tell there’s no accountability at this company or quality service. By far the worst place I’ve ever gone to would never recommend even if they paid me.
