  My tender had the most positive/bright personality - recommended a new and well loved by others flower and even let me smell it, before buying! This place is one of my go-tos for the early bird deals and events/special offers have been a plus!

  Bryar gave me TOP Tier service! For a first time shopper the moment I walked in she made me feel welcome and instantly got the ball rolling on my pick up order. She immediately recognized some deals applicable to my current order and applied them for me! I also had a better option she informed me of at the time which ultimately ended in me getting two pens for the price of one! I literally joked and said dang is it my birthday, only for her to recognize that is actually was coming up. She then informed me of their bday special for cst. Which is sweet! Overall amazing service, enough so I wrote this as I’m normally not one to do surveys. Mind you she didn’t even ask! Again, tops tier! Love my experience at the Mint! I will be back!

  This store is ridiculous. I've been burnt here now 3 times in a row. This last time, I was sold a brand new terp sugar concentrate and when I opened it, it was hard as a rock and almost impossible to break apart. When I went back to get help, I was told that everything comes prepacked and that I would have to contact the company that owned and manufactured the concentrate. I work in a dispensary myself and we have never told customers to contact the company. We always honor the purchase and try to make it right. This place is not worth the supposed deals you get.

  "All sales final" after shopping here for years and spending thousands of dollars I finally was sold a product that was defective. Upon coming back I'm told "well we don't get complaints like that so you will have to take it up with the manufacturer" excuse me? What is the point of retail stores if they can not accommodate honest customers when things happen? Will not be shopping here anymore. Go to Root 66.
