    I live about 1 mile from this dispo, and I had to go to another one because my online order was never confirmed, so I decided to go through the window since that was my preferred pick up method. I rang the bell a couple times and nothing, I made eye contact with a person inside and waited a few minutes because they might have been busy but then realized I was the only one at the window, so no, not busy at all... this place sucks, sad that it's so close to my house, because I won't be coming back.

    I went to Mint at the new Buckeye location for the first time and regardless of the wait, I had an excellent experience! While in line Taylir addressed us and expressed they were working as quickly as possible and that was greatly appreciated in my eyes! I was lucky enough to have her has my cashier as well and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had no problem showing me the consistency of the concentrates I was interested in purchasing. She didn’t make me feel rushed and because of the great service I will absolutely be going back to this location in the future!!! I also appreciate the friendly welcome from the security at the door and I wish I caught his name, but the manager Brian is running a great staff and he was also very helpful to his employees and helped out wherever he could to get the line moving! He showed great respect to his team and you could feel it was a happy environment! Thank you Mint Buckeye and Taylir for your outstanding customer service and great products!!

    Went for the first time on 10/15 and talk about customer service… it was actually the worse I’ve experienced at any dispensary. The store was about to close in about 20 min when I arrived. The lady who greeted me was so kind but the skinny guy with the locs who actually helped me was into his personal phone call the entireeeeee time he was helping me which honestly I wanted to just walk out but didn’t want to drive across town to the 24hr dispensary, which I should’ve. After Ilhe suggested my flower I saw they were promoting pearls so I asked him about it. Answers were short, I asked him how much were they, answer was short as he continued his conversation on the phone like he wasn’t about to close the store in 15-20 min!! Not once he asked “want to come take a look at them to see which you may like?” So I was like, forget it. He was the only one working like that after I seen other employees actually engaging and helping their customer. I was so annoyed. I made my 1 purchase and left. And to remind you this place is more expensive than where I normally go but at that time it didn’t matter, I don’t mind having back up options. I’m really big on customer service especially where I’m spending my money. And this is the closest dispensary to me now that I moved but after the other day I’m good on this one. I should’ve double checked my order, because the flower he suggested was not what I wanted and has a very low percentage than what I usually get. I was so annoyed I forgot to double check like I usually do. My first and last experience was just a big NO!

    10/11/25 around 12pm I stopped by Mint for an errand. The purchase went smooth, but after stepping out I realized I left a personal item inside, rushed back in and it was gone, there were several customers inside at the time. I went to the front desk and let them know the situation and employee went into the back to grab someone in charge. I explained the situation of what, when and where, But the employee seemed completely unfazed and uninterested. He said “if you left it it’s your responsibility not our fault it was taken” Not sure how to answer I asked Please please can you check your cameras? Employee said “nothing we can do for you” as they they’re looking down at paperwork as If I wasn’t even there. Feeling a bit frustrated I left my information and details and asked if a manager can call me? Employee takes my information and TOSSES it to the side and helps others customers. I emailed Mint as well but never heard back from the location or the company. Look I realize it was my fault I left something behind. I suppose I was hoping for any help at all because all the means were there to solve the case. Feeling let down and a little disrespected by Mint. Although convenient this is not a company that holds standards or help for anyone that is not there to give them money. Will be passing along this experience.

    I went to the new location in Buckeye and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dispensary. This location is very clean and organized with lots of product. I don’t go often, but when I do, customer experience is very important to me. My bud-tender Brooke exceeded my expectations with her product knowledge & customer service! I told her what I was looking for and my favorite flavors so she had an idea of what I’m looking for. Brooke grabbed all my favorite flavors and even surprised me with bonus products (favorite flavors) that I received for free in addition to the current deals. Thank you for opening a location in Buckeye which makes it much more efficient for many of us on the west side! The deals and pricing were very reasonable, making my trip worthwhile. In addition the staffs very welcoming! Kudos to Brooke for her exceptional customer service and bright personality that will keep me coming back! Keep up the great mood and environment everyone!
