Trying to understand Social security and Medicare can be daunting but Kira guided us through the whole process. She explained everything in layman’s terms. I can’t even express how helpful she was and how relieved I was when we left her office. We had a very short deadline to not only sign up for medicare part B but to shop for and choose an insurance company, and within 24 hours we had both.
