  I oversaw a project of 40 driveways that Minnesota Roads and Parking Lots did for our townhome association. Despite the difficult logistics, the project went smoothly. Sammy, the job foreman, was great to work with - kept me updated as the project progressed. They did great work and cleared/cleaned the areas for debris after completion. Would highly recommend this company.

  I couldn’t ask for a better experience while dealing with a company to pave my apartment complex parking lot being out of town makes things difficult, but Patience and her entire team made the experience so easy. Richard is a very hands on owner operator. Who is obviously a perfectionist. Richard junior was so respectful of my tenants parking needs while accommodating them. Definitely plan on using Minnesota Roads and Parking lots for my other properties!

  I own an apartment complex here in MN and I hired them to do a full mill out repave and striping there price was competitive and the workmanship was outstanding. Customer service was easy to deal with and they always answered all of my questions and concerns definitely recommend them and will use them again on my next project
