  Don’t even think of taking high graded coins here if they can’t find the price for one in your grade that sold recently they say they have to price it as a lower grade coin they can find a sale for. Never heard of any real, legit and fair coin dealers reducing a coins grade and pricing it as a lower grade coin to value it before…… They usually take the price difference in grades from a similar coin and use that as somewhat of estimate to determine how much more the higher grade coin may be worth then the lower grade coin that sold and this is a estimate and the estimate is usual in the shops favor but they atleast put a higher value on the higher grade cone especially a 70 but to value it as the lower graded and then offer even less then that ones value…… Let’s just say I left completely dumbfounded……

  I've used them several times now and they are always friendly and professional. They have a nice layout and quick service. Really, they are about as good as it gets.

  I’ve truly enjoyed shopping with this company and always appreciated the staff their customer service has consistently been excellent. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a negative interaction with the owner that changed my perspective. During my visit, I asked about an item we had previously discussed, though I was actually there to purchase something else. The owner assumed I came only to ask about the unavailable item, and instead of clarifying, he raised his voice at me. As someone with autism, I remember conversations in detail, and this exchange left me feeling dismissed and misunderstood. While the rest of the staff continues to provide outstanding service, I was disappointed by the owner’s impatience and lack of consideration. Customer service at all levels, especially from ownership, matters deeply. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to continue shopping here. I still wish the staff the very best, but feel it’s important to share how much respect and patience mean to customers especially those with disabilities.

  Wow impressed, I went around to different coin shops a couple years ago and this was one of two shops I liked but they have so much inventory now very impressed.
