  Sandy was so thorough in explaining the process and how the egg worked; she made me feel extremely safe going into my first session. The experience was great, I couldn't believe how quickly the 50 minutes passed. I felt so relaxed in the egg, I didn't want to leave when she opened the door. I had some eczema patches on my skin going in to the session, and I'm noticing that they are calming down on their own. What a gift! I'll be back!

  A gem for healing in Maui! During my vacation in Maui from California, I was looking for a place where I could continue my healing journey, and am so grateful to have found Mind and Body Harmonics. Sandy, the owner, is an incredibly kind, gentle, and welcoming person. She has 2 harmonic eggs, which is a unique and deeply transformative tool that I use back home. To have found the harmonic egg here in Maui was a very pleasant and exciting surprise! Whether you’re a local or visiting Maui, I can’t recommend Sandy and her beautiful healing space enough. If you’re on vacation and looking for a powerful way to recharge and reconnect with yourself, Mind and Body Harmonics is a must-visit!

  Went into Mind and Body Harmonics full of sadness, during the session I was able to release and do some forgiveness...came out calm and smiling. Love this place and this modality!!

  What can I NOT say about Mind & Body Harmonics in Maui! The experience begins when you walk into the place and allow yourself to be engulfed in the relaxing atmosphere of the place. I can only describe it as clean and harmonious energy. Sandy, the owner, welcomes you with warmth and an open disposition! She asks specific questions to understand your needs in order to customize your experience in the "healing egg". Ok. That is how I am calling it. Once in the device, you can relax and enjoy the lights, music and atmosphere created just for you! I was very specific on my needs and intentions and felt that I was able to receive the full benefit from these sessions. I did two sessions while on vacation there! Both times, I walked away refreshed and renewed...and in many ways with a sense of healing! Sandy also offers coaching sessions (She is a certified life and energy coach!) to allow you to debrief the experience to make the most of it! There is also a refreshing drink to help you hydrate after the session. Not only that, weeks after my return home, I am still reaping the benefits received from these 2 sessions! I highly recommend visiting Mind and Body Harmonics as a local, or during your vacation to Maui! Note: You can have the sessions 1 week apart so plan accordingly!

  The Harmonic Egg. Sounds weird except that it's awesome! It's great for relaxing, relieving stress, and even improving my sleep. I wasn't sure about "light therapy" but it's very effective, and you have to try it. Sandy is so sweet and professional, and super knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and really knows her stuff.
