  Adam and his team were great. We had a chimney fire that lead to a string of events making our fireplace a difficult task to repair. Adam never gave up. His communication about the chimney work and fireplace were top notch. He stayed with it and found a solutions for us that was both reasonable and aesthetically pleasing. We got a lovely wood stove and the chimney is safe and we are ready for the fall. Thank you Adam!

  Millie Monroe is simply amazing. They have worked with us on 2 projects. We were sent to Millie Monroe by USAA insurance who told us USAA has a new service providing names of vetted contractors. Because they did a wonderful job on the first project (tree fell on house), we contacted them for our most recent project. They transformed our kitchen-- refinished our old cabinets (beautiful now); installed new countertops, re-designed our island (removed sink, enlarged size); removed a very dated built-in desk and built a new cabinet for the space; installed new appliances, and painted the entire kitchen. They were wonderful painters-- painting other areas throughout our house, including fixing cracks in plaster walls, removing wall paper, and, painting detailed molding. Outside of the house they did masonry and water management to deal with basement leaks and built and installed 2 large chimney caps (Amazing to watch installation). Adam Burgamy, who runs the company, is very knowledgeable, responsive, was present on the job almost every day-- in short, incredibly professional. The team were outstanding skilled craftsman--- magicians who transformed our kitchen, did painting throughout the house, and dealt with plumbing and electrical issues as needed. They were incredibly efficient and finished the job in a very short time. Most important, they were very nice people, who worked very hard and took pride in their excellent work. We recommend them very highly

  I worked with Adam and the team at Millie Monroe to replace my chimney cap and do siding repairs to areas that were damaged. There's a saying in the project management space that a project can't be affordable, quick, and quality - you can only pick two. However, my project with them was all 3 and additionally quote was detailed and laid a couple of different options for me to explore and communication along the way was A+. I couldn't be happier about the work that was done, I look forward to working with them again, and I've referred them to family and friends already as well!

  Guys arrived on time on the scheduled start date and completed the work needed to repair/replace two separate chimney covers on my house. Repairs consisted of replacing both covers and waterproofing the brick area around the top portion of the chimneys. Guys cleaned up the ground area of any old materials and left things clean and neat before leaving the job. I would recommend Millie Monroe Construction for any type of chimney repairs.

  I had a chimney roof leak and Millie Monroe Construction took great care of me. They built a new cover and pan for the chimney and waterproofed to stop the leaking. Everything was completed on time for a reasonable price. They were great to work with, tidy and kind.
