I highly recommend this firm for business accounting. They have helped our companies grow, defend against former litigious partners (thank god that nightmare is over), provide our payroll services, and also do my personal taxes. I have used several accounting firms in the past, and this is the only one that consistently provides excellent service at a reasonable price, often saving me money. The first time I used them, they audited all my former tax filings and helped me recover a substantial amount from the IRS and Minnesota Revenue. Friendly and easy to work with. If you are a small business and need it done right the first time, this is your one-stop shop.

After sixteen years of ownership on Nov. 22, 2022 I sold a business which had really been a dicorce settlement from 2008. Bascially I owned it and had to renovate it to run it. Renovations were about $60,000 which would have paid off my house. My accountant surprised me by removing most of my social security money to offset the sale of my business which is a contract for deed. So I find out that my monthly social security amount was cut $813 a month! So I call him and he says, "Well its only for a year!" All fees were paid at the closing and without any warning he just blows this off. I am retired, over 65 and should beable to make as much money as I want. Please someone tell me how this could be accurate????? Who has a good lawyer to recommend? Sincerely, Shocked and ripped off.
