I think the prices are to high for what you are paying for. Not to mention the staff has no clue how much things cost. One charges one price and the other charges even more for the same price. Just a little bit disapointed.

I had a bad experience with these guys doing a bad install on a hughesnet dish. When they sent a tech out to fix it he refused complaining he didn't make enough money to fix someone else's mistake. He stated he would have the original installer come fix it, well they never followed through. I called them multiple times and left either voicemails or messages with staff. BAD customer service, avoid this company at all costs!
