    My septic was backing up in my house late last night. I called Miller and they unclogged the drain and pumped my septic. I scheduled an appointment around 8am the next morning. They came about 4 hours later due to others ahead of me. Jeremy Dodd called and let me know he was on his way plus the office sent me a photo of Mr. Dobbs a few minutes later and also telling me he was coming. Mr. Dobbs was professional, did a fantastic job and worked in a timely manner. This is the second time in 5 years I called Miller for the same issue. Each time their employees were exceptional. No complaints from me on this company.

    Miller service (OUTSTANDING). MRS.TAYLOR (customer service representative)... Jerry woodlief (service expert). Eric lieser (comfort advisor). Installation crew I can't speak highly enough about those three gentlemen, Nash Ward ( lead installation expert). Josh and kameren, IT tech. I had some wishes and wants Nash let the team flawlessly, reached every expectation that I have I don't give him any reviews but these people deserve recognition. And they will be part of my HVAC family for years to come thank you very much ladies and gentlemen you guys are above and beyond. Wishing all the best through your HVAC journey.....     Michael came to my home today to replace valve at sink and toilet (upgrade from builder materials) to address small smell/sound issues, as well as install water tap on hot water heater in preparation for installation of hvac humidifier. Michael was so friendly, as well as patient answering my questions as I continue to learn more about my home. Work was completed in timely fashion, left work areas clean, and end product looks great! Thank you!!

    On 10/28/25 my septic high water alarm activated. I noticed my septic pump breaker on the electrical panel box had tripped. Called Millers Services and they came out the same day and pumped out my septic tank and when the level got down to the old pump, the pump started smoking and was not working. I cut the power. Mike and Euin performed the pump out. Those guys were very professional and knowledgeable and determined the pump had most likely had failed and they set up for a Septic expert to come out on 10/29/25. On 10/29/25 Technician Zach Reeves arrived and confirmed the problem was indeed that the septic pump had failed. Zach was very professional and super knowledgeable and he sit down with me to come up with a plan to resolve the issues with my septic system. He gave me multiple options and together we came to an agreement that would resolve the issues without breaking the bank. On 10/30/25 the repair team of Tristan and Brandon from Millers Services showed up early and proceeded to replace the failed septic pump. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work was very professionally done. Great job!! to the entire team from the first phone call to Taylor at the office that coordinated the entire process with all the team members until the job was completed. The entire team worked professionally together to take care of me, and resolved my issues in a timely manner. I am no longer just a customer I am part of the Millers Services family for life!!     We purchased a Daikin HVAC system from Millers upon their recommendation as it had a 12 yr warranty. We also purchased a service agreement along with the system where labor was covered. The service tech, Jerry, responded today because we had system error messages . The problem was identified and a plan of action was arrived at quickly. A part is being ordered and the installation will begin upon its arrival. While this repair process will be quite involved, it will be at no cost to us due to Daikin’s warranty and the service contract with Millers. My investment in Daikin and Millers is now proving wise. Having used Millers for years I feel confident it will be repaired efficiently and expertly.
