  I highly recommend Josh and Leigh for anyone going through a divorce mediation. From our first meeting, they were both exceptionally kind and provided a level of clarity that greatly reduced my anxiety. Josh's ability to explain the legal process in an understandable way was invaluable, and Leigh's thoroughness ensured that all documentation and communication were handled seamlessly. They guided me through every step with professionalism and genuine care. My experience was far less stressful than anticipated.

  Miller Associates Attorneys is a great office to choose. Attorney Michael has be outstanding, professional and helpful with my case. Melinda paralegal has also been very pleasant to work with for making sure all documents are covered. I definitely recommend Michael as an attorney. Thank you!!

  I Highly recommend Miller & Associates. My divorce papers were served on me December 2023. So the first thing I did was extensively look for the best attorney firm I can find in placer county and I found Miller and associates in Rocklin being represented by Michael Mendonsa and Melinda Bozick. Not soon after Mr Mendonsa moved on from the firm unexpectedly which felt pretty devastating but Josh Miller quickly stepped up in taking over my case until he hired Jennifer Kemp as my new attorney Jennifer called me immediately with a game plan and took off with it being represented by Jennifer Kemp and Melinda bozick was like having the dream team they were both very knowledgeable and kept me in touch throughout this stressful process I would also like to mention Leigh who was also very very kind and knowledgeable.
