The system is highly customizable, and while there is a bit of a learning curve, once you take the time to explore and get familiar with the platform, you won’t regret it. Their customer service team is always quick to respond and incredibly polite, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend Meevo to any business looking for an all-in-one solution!

I'm in too deep to totally ditch it, but it has not solved most of the problems they claimed it would and instead has added problems and tasks to our work load. Commissions don't work if you use memberships. Adding or changing one thing means you have to fix or change 4 other things. Email only works if the client has had a visit in the last few months - useless when you first get started. I've been paying for Meevo MD since January and they finally rolled it out in May. Five stars for killing the entrepenuerial spirit.

It takes months to get it all set up and if you need to change anything you have to go through all these windows to get to where you are needing to go to make the change. Then, against my better judgment, I signed a contract. There is no way to break the contract. It is so bad that I am paying to fulfill my contract but I am not using it. I am paying for another software that is easier to work with. So I would rather pay for two than have to work with this software. BUYER BEWARE AND BE WARNED!!!!!!!
