My pet was stable. Just needed a medical examination and Im an established client. Was told that next availability would be in August. There should be time alloted appointments on a daily basis where you can accommodate such situations, not just only take annual check ups. suggesting to go to an emergency clinic/h ospital during normal business hours is unappreciated.

I’d hate for vet care to be my only job and to perform it so poorly. Techs usually have attitude when called and are always trying to get you to do their job for them (calling other vets for supplies, middle man of records and updates, etc.) The last straw: my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and was under treatment. Vet recommended recheck within the records but I never received a call to schedule said recheck. Over 4 Months pass and my cat is acting very strange one morning after her insulin. I call the vet to report and send a video at 955 am. I hear nothing back. I call again at 1236 because she’s getting worse and they said yeah, just take her to the emergency room. The pet clinic is minimally equipped to care for animals in house so I’ve been referred out to other vets more than I’ve been to my own. I take her to the emergency vet and her blood sugar was 30. Supposed to be minimum 80. My cat almost died and my entire family was stressed on top of spending $1000 for the emergency visit. All could have been prevented if the vet performed a recheck per their own records. I brought this up to the Dr after letting them I know would be leaving their practice and he had a very nonchalant, spicy attitude about it stating they “they are busy, don't have time to schedule rechecks. They will call to schedule bloodwork, but not a recheck.” I said a recheck is bloodwork…. I brought up the lapse in time and the fact that it almost ended her life… this Dr’s exact words, “YEAH, it’s fine” complete with tons of attitude and an argumentative reaction from him. Indeed, it is NOT fine. I would not recommend this vet if you prefer proper and proactive care for your animals. I almost lost my cat from their negligence, understaffing, or not having time for their own patients - whatever it was. Not a single I’m sorry from the staff or Dr.

Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan. We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in. Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet! Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!
