- HTHeather ThackerJun 11, 20251.0Beware astronomical service call fees!!! Never disclosed extra charge for outside of Kingsport. No repairs done and charge $135!!! That is crazy charge to come out for 15 minutes. And the repair cost itself higher than buying new one. And then had the audacity to try and get me to buy one from them. Will never use or recommend them ever!! Would leave 0 stars but not an option and the owner was argumentative with me as well. Not to mention had tried to get in contact with them numerous times over several days and always a busy tone. Take your repairs elsewhere!!! *****And see their response as an example of great customer care and service below. ***
- LBLinda BegleyMay 28, 20255.0My dryer quit yesterday. I called Milhorn Applicance and their technician Nathan came out today. He was efficient, friendly, and got my dryer working in short order. The cost was reasonable and I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend them for any appliance issues you might have!
