I love seeing Savannah and Bila every week! I come in for my IV treatments, and they always make the experience so pleasant and easy. They’re professional, kind, and really care about their patients. I’d highly recommend stopping by to see if they can bring some pain relief and wellness into your life!

honestly really weird. i originally called to find out if they were a non pain med pain managemnt provider cause i was looking around at differant offices for teatment for dry needling and possibly finding a new pain man office in general (knowing dry needling was out of pocket not ins covered) and had heard they also do iv. i was under the impression that this is a pain managemnt dr office. wanted to originally get scheduled for dry needling ended up scheduling for iv and was gonna ask about dry needling while there the first time. did iv super, awesome girls are amazing. had asked about dry needling for tmj they kinda blew me off, ok, figured id ask next time since we started talking about my legs. next time i went in while getting iv i asked about dry needling kinda got blown off about it so let it go since we were gonna do the scan of my legs, did the scan that was good the guy is amazing. next time i went in did iv talked about my legs and brought up dry needling again this time they actually payed attention to me about it. here is where it got weird. online it says free consult, ok, so when i had called the first time they told me you have to do a consult with the chiro (i know chiros normally do dry needling so didnt think much of it) and the consult is $150 and than its i think they said 60 or somthing per session after that, i dont remember the exact number it was awhile ago. well this time when they actually answered my question they seemed really confused that i didnt want chiro only dry needling and she went and asked said its $85 a session for dry needling only and got weird when i was confused at pricing and got defensive that ins doesnt cover it. i know ins doesnt cover it. my normal pain man dr does dry needling for under $30 and other places do it for under $40 i was expecting it to be around the chiro price (60) maybe less since its not chiro, just dry needling for tmj. i know im really bad at talking to people cause i panic and im not very good at asking or being assertive (asd). but to me this is really really weird especially since i have never been seen by or spoke with a dr at all only ma, ultrasound tech and the front desk girls. all the girls ive worked with are incredible and the ultrasound guy is super awesome but the whole situation of the whole thing feels very weird and uncomfortable. i wont be returning.

I can’t say enough great things about Mile High Pain and Spine Center! I’ve been coming here for nutritional IVs as well as treatments with Dr. Hettick including adjustments and PRP injections, and the care has been outstanding every single time. Dr. Hettick is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to explain everything so I felt confident and comfortable with my treatments. The IV therapy has been a game-changer for my energy and strength training recovery, and I truly appreciate the holistic approach this team takes. The staff is amazing—especially Savannah, Bila, and Kayla who always go above and beyond. They’re so kind, professional, and welcoming, and they make every visit something I look forward to. Thank you ladies! If you’re looking for compassionate, skilled, and effective care, I highly recommend Mile High Pain and Spine Center. They’ve truly made a positive difference in my health and well-being!

I go to Mile High Spine and Pain Center for IV therapy (Myers’ Cocktail) and can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is amazing always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They’re also excellent with communication, making it easy to schedule and get in for appointments without any hassle. Every visit feels comfortable and stress-free, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for IV therapy or just a place where the staff truly puts patients first.
