  Mike’s Plumbing, awesome job - Alex came out next day to take a look at a leaking water main turning my yard into a swamp - He listened nicely as I told him how I’d fix it if I was a plumber (I’m not) - Let me be a “helpful client” and dig a bunch of holes he didn’t need and tell him how in my day we didn’t use pro press - Made sure he’s a Milwaukee guy and not DeWalt (or Ryobi lol) - Even let my kids bother him while he’s in the middle of running the new water main across my yard - So yeah all in all great service, great pricing, great dude - Might clog some drains on purpose to hang with Alex again - Thanks!

  I can’t recommend Mike’s Plumbing enough. From the moment I reached out, their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. Mike came out personally to provide a quote for a hot water heater and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and offered clear options without any pressure. He also took the time to look at another plumbing concern I had been dealing with, which really showed the level of care and attention they give their customers. Jenny, the office manager, is amazing—super responsive and organized, which made scheduling and communication a breeze. The whole team works quickly, cleanly, and with true professionalism. When we had another leak in our home, Mike’s team went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and I genuinely appreciate their fairness and heart. Highly recommend this team if you want honest, high-quality work with incredible service.

  We woke up to a water heater problem. We couldn't get the pilot light lit. My wife tried. I tried. Mike came out. Diagnosed and fixe the problem right away. Was incredibly fair on the bill. Next time I have a plumbing problem I know who I am going to call.

  Definitely the company to call. Jenny answered the phone and figured out how to get a crew to me in record time. Prompt response, thorough explanation. Gregg & Peyton showed up with a 15 minute warning to take care of a gas leak problem. Kind, courteous, respectful, clean, immaculate uniforms. The explanation was clear and easy to understand. No high pressure up sell. Recommendations for future care provided. 5 stars from top to bottom. They went above and beyond to evaluate the problem which turned out to be more complicated than we had thought it would be.
