  I had a very good experience working with both Mike and owner and his Elmsford sale rep Monika Murray. Both were extremely knowledgeable of their product (I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub from them) and helped guide me from start to finish the delivery and installation of my tub. Monika was especially helpful by interacting with my electrician while my wife and I happened to be on vacation overseas. I would highly recommend Mike’s Factory Direct for the purchase of your hot tub.

  Mike’s sauna installation team was on time, professional, and did a wonderful job with our home sauna! Highly recommend!
