  Mike's put in a sump pump with backup system for us. The experience was first class in every way. Carter was great! I highly recommend Mike's.

  I am dealing with needing to relocate a water heater due to other basement work. Carter and Ben were both so very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining my options. Suggestions were made without pushy sales and my appointment for an estimate was incredibly accommodating. I will use them in the future without a doubt!

  Carter came to fix my water heater this morning and he was prompt and professional. He was able to get the parts needed even though he had to go out of his way to get the part but I was desperate to have hot water and he came through and was quick and saved the day. Thank you to him and the company for taking care of this matter, so hard to be without hot water!
