  In July of 2023, we were hit with the torrential rain that impacted much of Cook County. We have more than two feet of sewer water in the basement. To make matters worse, our insurance company was overwhelmed and did not get back to us in a timely manner. After working with contractors who were hit and miss when it came to reliability, I finally called Manny at Mike’s Construction to give us a bid. He came out the next day to look at the work to be done and was able to start in less than two days. We now have a completely new upstairs bathroom, an updated kitchen, a new HVAC and a cleaned out catch basin. They even saved us $3,000 over another contractor who wanted 65% down. Go with a professional that are people who can trust.

  Working with Manny and JR was great and easy!!! After calling several contractors to repair my outdoor front concrete stairs they all had ridiculous demands and prices. Mike’s Construction did a fantastic job and did exactly what I wanted with a very reasonable price. The work was done right, professionally and on time. I definitely would recommend them and I will continue to use them for all my household needs and repairs!!! Thanks Guys!! Very Happy Customer!!!
