Mikes appliance came at scheduled time, reviewed my washer and submitted a claim to my warranty company. The repair guy was courteous and professional.
Mike’s service my Samsung refrigerator (ice maker wasn’t working properly). I had a warranty through Lowe’s but Mike’s came through, assessed the issue and determined it was something completely different from what I thought (no thanks to YouTube). I haven’t had any issues since.

Great troubleshooting and customer service!!
Mike's Appliance Service were quick to respond to my request for a service call on a washer we had just bought 2 weeks prior.
The washer would fill with water but not do anything else. Repair person was here the next day. Found the problem to be a faulty safety switch in the lid. He ordered the part and returned 2 days later and made the repair. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I will call them when I need any other appliance repaired.
Excellent service. He went above and beyond to get my refrigerator repaired as soon as possible since I was without a refrigerator. I had a previous technician come out and tell me that my refrigerator was trash to throw it away. I had not had it for very long and I paid $4000 for it. I’m very thankful that I didn’t listen to the first technician because Mike really knew what he was doing and he knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend his service. He was very personable as well as very professional.
