This is the second time on a Friday that we get no service because the office is closed and we can’t handle business. We get a run around trying to take care of things call customer service and they automatically switch it back to this agency and all we get as a recording and no response because they closed for the weekend and they leave out early on Friday. Looking to move all my business to another agent

I genuinely enjoyed speaking with him as did my husband. Just so glad I actually answered that call and didn't treat it like spam saving over $200 a month that is amazing thank you so much Phillip from state farm now I know that like a good neighbor Phillip from State farm is truly there.
