  Mr Migala is beyond exceptional at his job , and knows how to convey the law to the common person. He has kept me well informed of the process of the case and explained options in an understandable form. I highly recommend his practice to the unfortunate men and women who find themselves in a court case. He knows how to protect people from the worst case scenarios.   After receiving a ticket in the mail from a traffic accident I was involved in a week prior, with the charge of “duty to drive with due care -speed greater than reasonable”. I also began to receive the standard ads from law firms in the mail as well, being that that city or county somehow notifies them when a criminal charge has occurred. They somehow get your address and send out ads for their services, quite standard I think(not complaining). So I first contacted all 4 law firms that sent ads in the mail to me. Each law firm wanted a 3000$ NON REFUNDABLE retainer, and they said it may be more after the fact depending on the case. I contacted a few more law firms that didn’t send me ads in the mail, they each had the same policy, 3000$ NON REFUNDABLE and it’d be more depending on the case. FINALLY, I CAME ACROSS JASON MIGALA OF MIGALA LAW OFFICE ON A GOOGLE SEARCH. HIS PRICE WAS NOT ONLY 50% CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER 8 LAW OFFICES I CONTACTED(1500$), BUT HE GUARANTEED THAT NO MATTER THE DIFFICULTY OF THE CASE, THERE WOULDN’T BE ANY EXTRA COST. JASON MIGALA WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD, 1500$ WAS ALL THAT I PAID. THIS WASN’T A SPECIAL DEAL THAT WE WORKED OUT, BUT A STANDARD ALL INCLUDED PRICE THAT HE OFFERS TO EVERYONE WITH THE SAME TRAFFIC CHARGE. HE HANDLED EVERYTHING, QUICK IN HIS EMAIL REPLIES WITH WELL DETAILED RESPONSES EXPLAINING IT ALL SO I COULD UNDERSTAND EVERY DETAIL. VERY DISCIPLINED AND THOROUGH, GLAD I CHOSE HIM AND HE SEEMED TO HAVE IT MORE TOGETHER THAN EVEN THE BIGGER LAW OFFICES I’VE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST. WELL DONE. (Also, which was very convenient. He made it so I never once had to step into a court room, but just use the app called “zoom” to do court over my phone/computer)

  In the month of May 2022, I caught a few assault charges (felony level and some misdemeanors) and was appointed public defender Jason Migala as my defense attorney. He did a good job from the start explaining to me the severity of my offense and what my rights and options were on how to proceed with the case. I had very little hope for the outcome of said case was almost certain I would go in for it. Almost a year later, I'm leaving this review to show my utmost appreciation for his counsel after being dismissed of all charges following the stipulated facts trial he proposed to me and being found not guilty of my charges.
