I worked closely with Felicia and Phyllis and both were so kind, knowledgable, and helpful. They helped with details and took the time to show me all my options. Great installation team as well. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a interior designer to come to my house and help me with my home remodel project. I called Mielke Bros TWICE on consecutive days, and left messages with a person who said THE designer (Phyllis) was on the phone. She said Phyllis would call me back "this evening." Okay, no problem EXCEPT THAT NOBODY CALLED. TWICE. Against my better judgement, I called AGAIN late on the THIRD day, this time Phyllis answered! She said she had my message on her desk but she was too busy, and didn't have time to visit my house!!! Ummm...could you at least CALL your *potential* customers back? And don't designers typically visit the places they are "designing"??? For tens of thousands of dollars?!?!?!? Sorry but I'm not going to pay a "designer" to just show me countertops in a showroom -- might as well go to a big box store! Hint: If you don't have time for new customers, please tell them on their first call. This was a complete waste of time.
