I'm not gonna lie. I hired a local lawyer at first and after three years, he got nowhere. I called Midwest Disability, and in record time they got me my disability benefits. Everything with this firm was so easy. They took care of everything, and I mean literally everything! Anyone who has tried a local lawyer and got the shaft, or are just curious if you might meet the requirements, you need to call Midwest Disability!
I would recommend Midwest Disability to anyone that is having problems getting Disability. They check in at least twice a month to see if anybody changes. When it gets closer to the hearing they will call you every week and get you prepared. They get the job done. I fought for over 5 years. I would give them a 100 stars if possible. So I had not one bad experience with any at the firm. They were kinda like family when they called. So yes call as soon as possible if you need help. Thanks very much you all did Great.
Very pleasant with the staff !
Answered my questions. The length of time it took from start to finish was lengthy , however after going thru this with my mother years back , I get it. After 3 tries I was awarded my disability ..
Ms Triebe was fantastic prior to and during the phone hearing . I appreciate the service and cost effectiveness of this whole journey .
Thank you Midwest Disability !!

I gotta tell you from the very beginning I thought Midwest was a hoax, the process took so long and the paperwork to fill out kept coming and coming and then I had to resubmit certain forms because they expired then everything came to a stop, months of waiting no updates then some of my forms had to be verified, another setback having to call the SSD office leaving voicemail finally I spoke to someone and got it cleared up then a month later I get a call to verify everything I verified and I was told I'd be getting a letter. I thought for sure I was going to be denied benefits and then a month later I got the letter, I was approved! Midwest pulled it off the first time around. It took about 14 months but they did it. I'm convinced that Midwest diligence had everything to do with it. So rest assured Midwest will do what they say and never give up on you.

Switched lawyers 3 weeks before trial for his daughters birthday. Mary, my worker, didn't submit 3 of my medical papers at the time of the court date - to which I had to personally contact these companies and people myself and made sure things got faxed over myself. Mary told me it was because I told her the wrong buisness but that was for ONE of the 3 companies she failed to contact herself. Lawyer asked a few questions and that was it. Then afterwards I called Mary over and over and over and even though her voicemail says "will get back to you in 24-48 hours-" she will not. Not a positive experience at all. Stressful and devastating... judge ruled I can work and I might as well just die, since I can't.. love the system.
