We bought a new cart from them and when we got home it had a small noise when we would hit a bump. They came and picked up the golf cart(1 hour away), fixed it, and dropped it back off at no cost to us. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a golf cart(new or used) to go with Midwest Carts.
