  I had heard wonderful things about Midtown Grill and was excited to try their food while supporting our local small town business. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the attitude of one of the staff members, which ultimately led us to leave without trying the food. Upon entering, one of the employees walked past me three times without acknowledging my presence. It was only when another employee asked if we had been helped that I mentioned we hadn't. This second employee was much friendlier and offered to clean a table for us. However, before she could start, the rude employee intervened and said something that made the friendly employee stop what she was doing. Although the friendly employee assured us that someone would be right with us, the damage had already been done. The rude behavior of the first employee left a sour taste, and we decided it was best to leave. It's a shame because I genuinely wanted to support Midtown Grill, but the poor customer service was a deal-breaker. Sadly, we won't be returning.
