When my name was called, Carmen introduced herself, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was genuinely one of the warmest, most caring professionals I’ve ever met in a dental office. She took me to get some x-rays using very modern equipment, and everything was spotless. What I appreciated most was how she explained every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. After the x-rays, the doctor came in, explained my situation, and recommended a deep cleaning. Then the billing specialist went over the costs clearly and kindly—no pressure at all, just professionalism and understanding. Once the deep cleaning began, Carmen went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. She constantly checked if I was okay or feeling any pain, and even had a TV with calming visuals to help me relax. She truly made the experience exceptional. At the end, Carmen gave me a personalized routine for taking better care of my teeth at home—brushing, flossing, and overall dental care. I left feeling cared for and grateful. Honestly, I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist’s office before. Carmen is truly an angel, and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her for all my future cleanings. I’m so happy I found this place!
