    Well I hate that they moved from Pleasant Hill for starters, and there is no drive thru so you have to wait while they are at lunch break. Especially when you make a special trip and have to wait for the second person to return 10 minutes late

    They definitely make you feel like you are important, then when you bust your butt trying to make things happen.. they smack you in the face and make you feel stupid
