- NMNicole MinkOct 27, 20251.0I've had a HORRIBLE experience with the customer service department at NOVO. I've honestly loved their product UNTIL I started receiving payment by check. MULTIPLE times now, I've deposited a check after 5pm on a business day only to receive a HOLD for more than 4 business days on the funds to even register in my account and then another 3+ business days wait if I make a payout on those funds. This is an unreasonable amount of time to wait on funds as a small business.
