They just completed the fall serving. Have had 4 different technicians over the years. All were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Pricing is expensive but comparable to other companies. I do feel they are honest and don't try to talk you into needless work.

The first time the technician came out he changed a filter and said that was the problem within an hour or AC wasn't working. The technician came back out on Saturday said he had to get prices for parts from the office on Monday and that he would get in touch with us sometime on Monday with a price . We never heard back. I called in on Thursday still no one seem to have any answers . Just spoke to the office again and they told us the technician is out today and we have to wait another day just to get an answer on the quote . I would never ever recommend this company!!! Called Able Air and they are sending a tech out in 2 hours!! Mid Florida Rating - 1 star
