They came to connect my neighbors television on the 8th of June, it is now the 15th of June, and the tech disconnected mine and this is the third time they have done this! I have been trying to get them to come and reconnect my direct-tv but to no avail they are the worst customer service I have ever encountered and their techs obviously have no training or they just don't care.
