  I very much disagree with Liza’s review from a month ago. I talked to Paul on the phone and he seemed very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable taking my printer there. Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and charged me less than half of what I expected to pay for the repair. I highly recommend them.

  Thought the guy was rude and condescending on the phone. On Epson’s list so I went up there. Was rude and condescending in person too. “I’m to picky.” “Use a larger label.” And “The printers perfect, it’s your computer.” Just find someplace else to get your printers fixed…I know I will.
