  We have always been pleased with Michigan plumbing and never hesitate to call them.. that said, this experience wasn’t ideal.. the plumber was professional as always.. he did indicate that the issues we are having with flow in the tank are likely in the pipes within the walls and as such will require more substantial work— that’s fair and understandable.. that said, we paid $500 and now have to hold the handle down through the entirety of flushing.. I feel like I spent $500 to make moderate gains on the problem I was having— the slow tank —-and now have a NEW problem— having to hold down the handle throughout the entire flush.. very disappointed.. some of which was beyond their control but some of which should have been better

  Came out twice and wasn’t able to get it right, then on the 3rd trip out they wanted to charge double of the original price to try again. After coming out 3 times they came to the conclusion I needed to get my underground pipe replaced and said it was gonna be very costly.

  Very professional and good quality work. Our plumber Mitchel replaced a dishwasher angle stop for me. He was very kind and wore foot covers over his footwear and explained the repair process very clearly. The response time from the time I made a call to the service was very short. I recommend Michigan Plumbing for plumbing needs.

  Max was extremely polite and professional. Took time to show few options on work to be done. And with budget in mind priority of work to do first. When finished, explained and showed exactly what was done. There is a reason I continue to call Michigan Plumbing for all my repairs. And ask for Max.

  Very quick response time and my plumber Josh was super friendly and informative. He was able to fix my problem quickly and walked me through what was wrong with my sink drain. Luckily just a simple clean which I now know how to do for future thanks to him. Will definitely try these guys again next time.I need a plumbing service.
