- MEMichelle EmeryJun 24, 20241.0Service 5/20- Moved into a new home and called to get all the locks re-keyed along with a new lock. There was a whole conversation about the existing locks which were all different and he said Kwikset was a good lock. He never once offered to purchase a lock through the company. The serviceman, Mark, came out and used a brand new kwikset lock. Now, 1 month later that new lock completely came apart. When we called we were told since the lock wasn’t purchased through them, they wouldn’t come out to repair the new lock. Again, never was given the option to purchase a lock through them or did they advise since it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be warranted. And so basically it’s a brand new service call for $110 to come out to fix but no guarantee since it’s not their lock. I would not recommend or use this company again.
