The representative used my personal information (social, ext) without my permission to establish a policy to which I received several notifications of missing payments/canceled policy notices from a policy I never authorized. A policy that can only be opened with all my personal information which I never provided. A rep called me personally (after being told everything was cleared up) about my missing payment. I explained to her the exact information above and demanded to talk to the Agent responsible for my information being used without my permission and was told “she only speaks to individuals by appointment”. You hire and employ individuals that process policies without authorization and you want me to make an appointment.. no. Corporate will here about this.
