  Steven Lovingood came out on a muggy saturday night and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC. Super professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain how the system works and what could have caused the issue. All around a pleasure to have working on our home.

  Well in the beginning the lady that took my information was AMAZING. Clifford was late but he was amazing Savanna was VERY RUDE when I was asking what happened to my technician. And she did not care but overall I thank Mr. Clifford for being right there. I recommend them even though their people who answers their phones that one person was rude!!!! And I mean very unconsidered

  Jase Britton was very professional and explained what repairs we needed in detail. He was diligent in his work and left our kitchen cleaner than he found it! It was so nice to have my kitchen back in operation in such a timely manner! Under the sink looks awesome! Thanks for the plumbing repair.

  The one positive thing I can say is that out of 5 companies I called for an emergency gas leak they were the only ones who were able to get someone to us the same day. Unfortunately thats where my positive experience ended. The guy that came out told us he needed to pull a permit and wouldn't be able to until the next day. He then asked if we wanted him to check all of our interior gas appliances for $1000. What?! We just want our main line outside repaired. The next day I call at 11 am since I hadn't heard from anyone. They have no idea what the status is. Around 3 pm he comes back to our home and says he didnt need a permit. Why wouldn't he know that the day before?? Gas line repaired yay! While he was repairing it my husband noticed a leak from one of our hot water heaters. He quotes $500 to look at it, $2500 to repair it and $7k to replace it. We look online and a new kne, same model is $1700!! We ordered and will have another plumber install. I then received an email about fixing an exhaust pipe cap that we never spoke about. It will only be $495 for him to replace the PVC cap!? These guys are literally searching for other jobs to rip you off. Really disheartened that they got me for $500 just to tell me in 15 mins what my issue was. That hourly rate is astronomical!

  Blake W. was outstanding. I had a couple of leaky outdoor water spigots that were badly corroded and was wasting water. I called over the weekend and they had him out to my house the following Monday to repair them. Blake was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest! He was also very kind and patient with my curious and chatty 4yr old Lol. He explained my options to me and set my expectations accordingly. He found a way to complete the work without having to cut into my drywall, saving me time and money, and without sacrificing quality. He also recommended a maintenance plan to cover this and any other future service(s), which helped me save even more money on this job. Blake and Team were terrific, thank you!
