  Dimas Alcantara with Michael & Son did a great job performing the fall maintenance on my furnace. He arrived on-time, did the work quickly and efficiently, showed me the areas that needed addressing, cleaned those up, installed a new filtration system at my request and did all of the work with a positive attitude. Thank you, Dimas!!!

  Dimas did a great job with fixing an urgent issue we had with our a/c. Michael & sons was able to schedule us right the same day which saved us a lot of time. He wore shoe covers without me even having to ask and I really liked the feature once scheduled where we were able to track his location on the map to see where he was. 10/10 for being on time, early actually. Also a very well mannered person. Definitely recommend their company.

  I would give no stars if possible. I described our duct work issue, they booked me an appt with the restoration folks, they day came, the person didn’t show up during the window, I called the office who tracked the person down, they called me to “understand the issue”, turns out company doesn’t do this kind of work. Perhaps this person could have checked this during the two hour window they were supposed to be here instead of wasting two hours of our time? Failure in booking and failure in follow through. Would not recommend.

  Rene was very courteous from the moment he arrived until the time he left. He was efficient in his inspection of our total plumbing system and offered only one suggestion ( with no pressure to act on it) for improvement. He answered all my questions and was quick to send an email listing his findings during the inspection. This was part of my contract with Michael and Son's.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Michael & Sons, especially with water treatment specialist Darrin Orloff. From the first estimate to the final installation, Darrin went above and beyond—explaining everything clearly, making last-minute adjustments, and even showing me how to maintain things outside the scope of the contract. On install day, he worked alongside Joshua Kappu, who I had the pleasure of working with at a previous property and knew would do a great job again. Darrin carefully removed the old system and installed the new one while Josh handled plumbing fixture replacements and other work, all with professionalism and skill. There was also a new technician, Will, shadowing and learning from them. It was great to see Darrin and Josh mentoring him, and Will himself was very helpful throughout the day. The team was respectful, friendly, and finished on time exactly as promised. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Darrin Orloff, Joshua Kappu, and Will at Michael & Sons for any plumbing or water treatment needs—true five-star service!
