We recently used Michael & Son (High Point / Greensboro NC) for a weekend/after hours plumbing call-out (washing machine drain (2nd Floor) clogged and flooded the laundry room during the drain cycle. Zach came out at midnight and got us squared away. He was professional, respectful, friendly and competent.

Noe did a great job and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what was wrong with the system and what needed to be done. It was an unexpected expense, but the system never worked as well as it did when the repair was complete. Noe was polite and professional, arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job I’m very satisfied with the response and service.

It was our 57th wedding anniversary and a celebratory dinner was reserved at a local ritzy Chop House. Unfortunately at 11am that morning our upstairs toilets (2) bathtub and shower stall decided to early gift us with a complete stoppage.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, water started leaking from one of the toilets down into our kitchen through the chandelier onto the table! It was on a Sunday and a call to our regular plumbing company and others was unsuccessful so we decided to call Michael & Son Services.
Their answering service answered our call promptly and a service call “window” was set for between 3:30pm and 6:00pm. Of course we had to cancel our dinner plans while we waited on the plumber.
At 6pm when no one had called or showed up, I called and talked to a 2nd answering service rep who advised that the previous service rep had NOT actually assigned the call to a their plumber even though I had been advised by text of the assignment and the service call window.
Our service call was then assigned to a local plumber who arrived around 7pm. He was very polite, professional and completed the work leaving later in the evening.
Note: We were charged over $800 to remove one toilet and run an auger down to clear the clog. Of course it was on a Sunday so that added to the repair cost. But $88+? I’m not complaining about the cost, but the complete failure of their 3rd party answering service. Also, the next morning my wife called since she didn’t completely understand the invoice and the answering service rep (didn’t speak English very well) couldn’t answer simple questions relating to the invoice. He ended up actually hanging up on my wife!! Totally unprofessional! Michael & Son really needs to fire their current answering service in my opinion. What a day of celebration!

Noe did a great job. He comes in and talks which most companies are short. He explains what needs to be done and then if I agree he will do the job. Example. 3 months ago he asked me about a pump. I said no, then this week he suggested the pump again. Then I had him put a pump in.
He works with you and explains thing to me like Im a normal person not an AC technician like the other com panies did.
Dillon is outstanding. Not only did he work efficiently and professionally, he showed exemplary respect for us and our home. He was friendly, and represented the company in a way that is rare. He bragged on his employer as far as what they offer customers, and that he is glad to be employed by them. He cleaned up after his work. The two light fixtures and three outlets he installed were handled with the utmost care. He was very patient on scaffolding, and took his time to carefully hang a fixture and then the 180 crystals on it. I became a membership owner due to the way he brought the opportunity out and represented it. I highly recommend this business, this electrician, and plan to use his services again in the future.
